Knowledge Hub now integrates into more critical data sources to arm your operators with the right context. With this update, operators can now deep dive into structured data on shipments (including performance, cost benchmarking, and lane efficiency) and query across unstructured sources (including their own operational documents, SOPs, and communications) — bringing everything together via Augie with the simple click of a button.

How It Works

Documents (Unstructured Knowledge)

  • Brokerages upload their operational documents, SOPs, and communications to Knowledge Hub.

  • Augie surfaces relevant answers from those documents when reps ask questions.

Analytics (Structured Knowledge)

  • Augie queries brokerage shipment data (based on workflow data) conversationally.

  • Ask questions like: "What's our on-time rate for carrier X?" or "Which lanes have the highest cost variance?"

  • Two tiers available: Premium (full analytics access for all users) and Standard (admin-only access).
